Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the board in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, remote controls, chargers, and manuals to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the board's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
